You're going to need a wig cap, first of all. Also, I don't recommend getting wigs from eBay unless you know the store? They're kind of hit or miss.

My hair's not that long, but this seems like a good idea? Braid it first, then wig cap, then wig.

People with long hair cosplay all the time! Unless your hair is knee-length or something, you should be fine.

That's a great uniform! (And thankfully it isn't messed up by the blue-green thing.) But work is work, and dealing with customers is such a pain that you don't get to enjoy it...
