well, you certainly can't answer the question i was going to ask originally, as it was about someone's pet.
she was worried about it last month, as we were out of the city then...
i suppose you can still answer another question of mine though!
which is to say, what are the chances of this happening to all of my texts.
because i decided to send out quite a few this morning.

the monsters were difficult, as was the impromptu trip, but at least it felt like something out of a video game.

It depends what kind of game you're playing, but if it's rated lower than M or a high T, not usually.

rather, everyone else who isn't in Retrospec feels a little...
i still like chatting with my caretaker about the odd things in the city, and treating them as ordinary isn't out of my skillset either, but i feel as if there is a disconnect between us.
not that i thought we were very close prior, but
hmmm.
this is much harder to put into words than i thought it was going to be.

I think I can sort of get what you mean. Like an emotional uncanny valley: they're normal people except for things like treating horses as fictional.

i don't really mind horses being fictional however.
chocobos are much cuter.

i mind blue being gone as well... i recently discovered some skirts that i believe were a rather dark blue initially hiding in one of the wardrobes, and while such saturated colors aren't usually my style, the cut and size was nice and i wanted to see how it looked...
but alas.
it's only a dark grey. which doesn't look terrible on me, mind, but i wanted to see how the blue looked.

Grey has a time and place, and green doesn't look that good on me with my hair like this, but I still want the option.
